ECHOES DIGBETH | WHISPERS

WHISPERS: A magazine about 'The Hidden City' of Birmingham. This was a collaboration project for the first ever project during a first year Visual Communication course. Presented are my two final spreads. Echoes was an arts project within the Digbeth district of Birmingham. Artist' Tim Franklin, Lee Griffiths, Sandra Hall and Simon Walker were very welcoming upon arrival. Their project was a tour through their building, taking you on a journey within the industrial sector of Birmingham from 1920's through to 1980's. All decorations, furniture or ornaments/props were personally selected by the artist' and constructed with funding from The Arts Council. Personally, the exhibition was fantastic, innovative and so interactive that you gained insight into the years you only hear about.
